Easily time Labor Contractions with this elegant and user-friendly app. The app offers a simple one-button interface to start and stop your Contraction timer. It provides clear lists of the duration of each contraction, as well as the interval between each contraction.

Furthermore, the app is highly beneficial for Doulas assisting expecting mothers at full term during labor and childbirth. The intense nature of delivering a newborn baby can be overwhelming, but the Contraction Timer app is a valuable tool for Doulas to accurately time a pregnant woman's contractions and support the delivery process.

To use the app, simply tap a single button to start the timer and tap anywhere on the screen to stop it. The Contraction Timer app will take care of the rest! Its design allows for comprehensive tracking of times, durations, and frequencies throughout the entirety of the labor period.

Tracking the intensity of each contraction is made easy with a simple slider, which can be adjusted during a contraction or when adding/editing one. This feature provides great visual cues that allow users to easily monitor the intensity of their contractions over time.

Additionally, users have the option to add notes to each contraction, which are conveniently displayed alongside contraction timings for quick recollection of important details.

Soon, reports and graphs will be available to display averages and trends over time. These graphs will show whether contractions are increasing or decreasing, helping users determine when it's time to go to the hospital or birthing center.

The Contraction Timer app remembers all data, including whether you were in the middle of a contraction, between launches. This allows for seamless transitions between this app and other distractions during and between contractions.
